Terms of Use

By accessing and using Instant Pet Art ("the Service"), operated by Luna Labs LLC, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Service.

Instant Pet Art is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform photographs into artistic portraits, available as digital files and as printed products. The Service includes:

• Free watermarked preview generation (up to 4 per session)
• Purchase and download of the high-resolution digital portrait
• Purchase of physical products printed with your portrait — canvas, framed canvas, mugs and apparel
• Account access to your purchased portraits and order tracking

You can explore and generate previews without creating an account. To purchase, you need to register with a valid email address or through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you have rights to or authorization for
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content
• Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the Service
• Not use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; by making a purchase you also accept Stripe's terms. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.

You always see a free watermarked preview of your portrait before paying, so you know exactly what you are buying.

The digital portrait is delivered to your account immediately after payment, without a watermark, at the highest resolution our pipeline produces for the file you purchased.

If something goes wrong: if a technical issue prevents the generation or download of your portrait, contact us at hello@instantpetart.com and we will fix it — a fresh download link, a regenerated portrait, or a refund if we cannot deliver the file you paid for.

Because the digital portrait is delivered instantly and previewed for free beforehand, we do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital-only purchases.

Physical products are made to order and printed by our production partner. Production takes approximately 2–4 business days, plus carrier transit time. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping: shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. Once your order ships you receive a tracking link, also available from your account.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered: contact us at hello@instantpetart.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We remake and reship it at no cost to you. If a remake is not the right fix, we issue a refund.

Because every item is custom-made with your pet's portrait, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — the product cannot be resold. This does not affect the remake-or-refund commitment above, or any statutory rights you may have.

Your photos: You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. Photos are processed temporarily and we do not share them with third parties beyond what is necessary to generate and print your portrait.

Generated portraits: Once purchased, you have the right to use the generated portrait for personal use. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and using it as a profile picture. Resale or mass commercial distribution of portraits is not permitted.

Brand: The name "Instant Pet Art", its logo, and design are the exclusive property of Luna Labs LLC.

Instant Pet Art uses artificial intelligence models that may produce variable results. We do not guarantee:

• Exact preservation of all features of the photographed subject
• Identical results when regenerating with the same photos
• Uninterrupted availability of the Service

Purchased portraits remain available for download in your account for 30 days from the date of purchase.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in the State of New Mexico.
